Our client is seeking a Lead Electronic Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced electronic products within an R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Design and develop electronic systems and circuits.
• Lead projects from concept through testing and production.
• Develop and optimise power electronics and control systems.
• Troubleshoot design and performance issues.
• Support technical decisions and product development.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years' electronic design and product development experience.
• Strong power electronics and power conversion knowledge.
• Experience with high-frequency switching and control systems.
• Experience developing and testing electronic prototypes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Master's/PhD in Electronics or Power Electronics.
• High-reliability or regulated product experience.
• Previous technical leadership experience.
